The cuisine at the Boutique Hotel The Mansard Gstaad is characterised by the highest passion for honest enjoyment. Pop-up-cuisine from around the world
A combination of traditional, authentic dishes with modern, Asian elements will characterise the pop-up cuisine menu from time to time. «The dishes are harmonious and at the same time offer a certain element of surprise», says the chef, Martin Bieri. In the future, we will work closely with several chefs from abroad. There will be months when we will create menus together with international chefs which are exciting and always different. From Michelin stars to bistro cuisine, from Dubai to India, from simple good plain cooking to caviar and truffles.
